1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of GEO Index — GEO Company Rankings (the “Site,” including geocompanyrankings.com and related pages and tools). GEO Index — GEO Company Rankings operates an independent directory, review, and ranking site for generative engine optimization (GEO) companies. We also operate as a lead provider: when you submit contact details through certain Site features, we may sell, share, or otherwise transfer that information to companies and partners for follow-up.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, submitting a review or claim, or providing contact information through “Compare GEO Companies” or similar forms, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit information.

3. Lead services (important)

GEO Index — GEO Company Rankings is a lead provider. The matching form lets you choose whether your inquiry may be shared only with the company whose profile you viewed or with up to three matched GEO providers. The selected recipients may contact you about your inquiry.

Your selection controls the requested routing. “Contact this company only” authorizes sharing with that listed company. “Compare up to three” authorizes sharing with no more than three matched providers. “Visit Company Website” is a separate external link that opens the listed company's official website without submitting a lead form.

We do not guarantee that any particular listed company will contact you, accept your project, or that routing will match the profile you viewed.

4. Directory, rankings, and reviews

Listings, rankings, ratings, and editorial content are provided for general information. They are not professional, legal, or investment advice. Rankings and scores may change. Reviews are submitted by users and may not reflect our views. You are responsible for verifying any company before engaging them.

If you submit a review, claim, or company information, you represent that it is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may moderate, edit, refuse, or remove content.

5. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Vendor and reviewer accounts are subject to our access rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear abusive or fraudulent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, overload, or disrupt the Site
  • Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized reviews or claims
  • Impersonate others or misuse someone else’s contact details
  • Use the Site for spam, fraud, or unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security or access controls

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s branding, layout, rankings presentation, and original content are owned by GEO Index — GEO Company Rankings or its licensors. Listed company names and marks belong to their owners. You may cite public rankings with attribution; you may not copy the Site wholesale or imply endorsement without permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LISTINGS, LEADS, OR INTRODUCTIONS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT ANY COMPANY WILL RESPOND.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEO Index — GEO Company Rankings AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FROM LEAD SHARING OR COMPANY INTRODUCTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GEO Index — GEO Company Rankings and its operators from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the Site, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
