Review Removal Policy
Publication does not make a review permanent or immune from challenge. Removal decisions are based on integrity, legality, privacy, and evidence—not whether feedback is favorable.
Reasons for removal or restricted display
- Fabrication, impersonation, prohibited self-review, or an unsupported engagement.
- Duplicate submissions, material conflicts of interest, or coordinated manipulation.
- Private personal information, unlawful content, threats, or content outside the review.
- A reviewer withdrawal request that can be authenticated and lawfully honored.
A disagreement about quality or results is not by itself grounds for removal. A review may be marked disputed while evidence is examined.
Process and ranking effect
Companies can report a review from their dashboard. Reviewers can request an update or removal through the contact route identified on the review or account page. Moderators record the decision and reason. A removed review stops contributing after the next ranking recalculation; historical snapshots remain audit records rather than being silently rewritten.
Private verification material is never published. See the Review Standards, Verification Policy, and appeals process.
